Our kits are designed for children aged 4 and up, with adult supervision recommended. They’re great for creative play, birthdays, party bags, and gifts.
Q: Are the items handmade?
Many of our products are hand-assembled or hand-finished, especially our beaded accessories and themed gift boxes.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Absolutely! Add a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card and optional gift wrap.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK, and can provide quotes for international orders upon request.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and standard UK shipping usually takes 2–4 working days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Beaded bracelet kits and plaster painting sets must be unopened and complete.
Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories (clips, headbands, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
